Technical Recruiter – Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter with a specialisation in Cybersecurity to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technical and cybersecurity positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and technical leads to identify top talent in a highly competitive market. You will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Description (What you’ll do):

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, platforms, and networks within the cybersecurity community.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for roles such as vulnerability researchers, incident responders, security engineers, penetration testers, threat researchers, and more.
• Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates’ cybersecurity skills and experience.
• Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely processes.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring best practices.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and market dynamics to ensure informed recruitment decisions.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, including hands-on experience recruiting for cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, tools, and roles.
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple search processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
