Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead the recruitment function in a leading organization located in the Shfela region. This pivotal role includes shaping and driving the recruitment strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

The position involves managing and developing a professional team of recruiters responsible for hundreds of complex recruitment processes annually, while meeting organizational hiring goals.

This is a highly impactful role that requires collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, strong partnerships with hiring managers, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and implement the organization’s recruitment strategy

• Manage, mentor, and empower a team of professional recruiters

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes in a professional, efficient, and innovative manner

• Build strong partnerships and collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and cross-functional partners

• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making

• Drive initiatives to ensure an outstanding candidate experience

• Promote innovation by integrating digital tools, automation, and advanced ATS systems into recruitment processes

• Manage external suppliers and recruitment vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required

• At least 12 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in medium-to-large organizations

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a recruitment team in a large and complex organization

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

• Extensive experience developing sourcing channels, implementing advanced sourcing tools, and managing recruitment campaigns

• Proven experience implementing ATS and supporting HR/recruitment systems

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, build strong partnerships, and communicate effectively

• Strong ability to anticipate needs, advise stakeholders, and proactively solve problems

• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
