D2C Manager

We are looking for an experienced D2C Manager to lead and develop our Direct-to-Consumer operations. This role is responsible for managing all direct sales activities to end consumers, including e-commerce, performance marketing, customer data management, customer journeys, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the D2C strategy.
• Set goals, plan activities, and manage budgets for direct-to-consumer sales.
• Lead and manage teams in customer service and e-commerce.
• Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations, ensuring site performance and improving purchase processes.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Email Marketing), including budgeting, goal setting, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Handle consumer data management and customer journeys: data collection, segmentation, enrichment, and integration with CRM, Marketing Automation, AI tools, and more.
• Lead the customer service department, including phone and digital support teams, process development, performance measurement (SLA, NPS), training, and operational control.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Pre-medical or Naturopathy background – strong advantage!
• Proven experience as a D2C / E-commerce manager – mandatory.
• Experience managing customer service and experience departments in similar organizations – mandatory.
• Strong technological and digital orientation, with proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
• Previous experience in food or nutritional supplements industry – mandatory.
• High analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and strong business vision.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
