Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a CRM & Billing Implementation Specialist for a leading organization

Role Overview:

A hands-on role providing both on-site and remote support for core organizational systems, including Billing platforms, CRM Dynamics, IFN systems, mobile applications, and eCommerce environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting and executing test scenarios prior to production releases, preparing training materials, and delivering group and one-on-one training sessions. The position requires strong multitasking abilities, structured work habits, quick learning, and availability outside standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• User support across CRM, Billing, and additional enterprise systems.
• Execution of software testing, documentation, and validation prior to production deployment.
• Delivery of system training sessions and creation of instructional materials.
• Incident handling, documentation, and follow-up, including technical troubleshooting in Microsoft environments.
• System onboarding and user enablement across business units.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and implementing information systems.
• Experience with Billing and CRM systems – strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Familiarity with billing processes and financial system workflows.
• Experience producing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Ability to document, classify, and investigate system issues.
• Strong communication and instructional skills for both group and individual training.
