The Role:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts that support informed executive decision-making.

This position will report directly to the VP Finance.

What you’ll do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, cost analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with cross functional teams to evaluate results, identify trends, and align financial strategy with company goals.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Improve and scale FP&A processes, tools, and systems to support growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A roles in a global company.
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience working in SaaS companies.
