System Analyst

A leading software company, developing advanced cloud-based SaaS systems, is seeking an experienced System Analyst with strong capabilities in analyzing complex systems and producing high-quality specification documents.

Job Description:

• Full responsibility for gathering and defining business and technical requirements for the company’s systems.
• Analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and defining system-based solutions
• Writing and leading various types of specification documents, including:
• Business Requirements Document (BRD)- translating business needs into clear system requirements
• Functional Requirements Document (FRD)- detailing screens, processes, user flows, business rules, and user guides
• Technical Design Document (TDD)- describing system architecture, technical considerations, data structures, services, and background processes
• API / Integration Specifications- protocols, payload structures, mandatory fields, etc.
• Responsibility for UI/UX specifications
• Continuous collaboration with Product Managers, Development teams, and QA
• Version control and maintenance of specification documents, including writing Change Requests

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another relevant technological field
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst working with complex systems, including writing specifications and software architectures.
• Ability to write clear and accurate technical documents in Hebrew and English at a high level.
• Significant advantage: familiarity with Microservices and Serverless architectures.
• Proven experience in specifying SaaS systems and data flows of distributed cloud environments.
• Advantage: experience with Kubernetes, Containers (Docker), Event-Driven architectures.
• Advantage: experience working with ERP systems or logistics processes.
• Advantage: knowledge and experience with relational data structures.
