What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a versatile, customer-focused Engineer to support and enhance our GenAI Endpoint Security suite.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, working closely with customers, and improving real-world product reliability.

You’ll operate across a modern stack built on Node.js, Python in addition to endpoint technologies for macOS, Windows, and major browsers.

What will you do?

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across our GenAI endpoint solutions.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to reproduce issues and drive fixes.
• Optimize endpoint agents and browser extensions for performance, reliability, and low resource usage.
• Participate in customer calls to provide deep technical insights and accelerate issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and propose scalable, long-term improvements.
• Build and refine platform-specific features for macOS, Windows, Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge.
• Stay current with OS and browser security trends and apply them to product enhancements.
• Leverage cutting-edge development practices and AI-powered tooling to accelerate delivery and enhance product quality.
  
  

• Strong experience with Node.js and Python.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with web development, covering DOM manipulation, browser APIs, and networking.
• Background in customer-facing engineering or technical support roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset suited for fast-paced startup environments.
• Knowledgeable with enterprise deployments of software using Intune, JAMF, Kendji or similar systems.
