We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team on our AI transformation mission. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will work on developing intelligent agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. • Design, develop, and deploy AI systems, including LLM-based applications and autonomous AI agents
• Build scalable backend services and integrate AI capabilities into production systems
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research to continuously improve system performance
• Work with large datasets and optimize data pipelines for AI and analytics workflows
• Ensure high-quality code, performance, and reliability across all AI-related components
  

• 3+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., model integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) and AI agent development
• Strong programming skills — Python and typescript
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and self-driven, while also being an effective team player
• Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• Passion for new technologies and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  

• Knowledge of cellular networks or communication systems
• Experience with big data tools (e.g., ELK stack and K8s)
• Experience with AWS and K8s
• Experience with ML model training, optimization and productization
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (M.Sc. - an advantage)
