SAP Site Manager (Governmental Sector)

A Senior Governmental Auditing Office is seeking a Full-time Site Manager for its headquarters in Tel Aviv.

This pivotal role involves leading and managing the central SAP site, which consists of a dedicated team of approximately 12 highly-skilled professionals (implementers, developers, and analysts). The position requires overseeing all ongoing system operations, driving strategic technological projects, and ensuring strict accountability for goal achievement, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project quality.

Location: Tel Aviv (Excellent accessibility, near the Sarona train line). Placement: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the SAP implementation and development team (12 employees).
• Full responsibility for the maintenance, implementation, and development within the organizational SAP environment.
• Leading end-to-end technological transformation and innovation projects (including BTP projects).
• Working with senior management, end-users, and development teams to align the system with auditing and operational needs.
• Accountability for meeting deadlines, managing the budget, and ensuring system quality.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing technological projects/teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation.
• Proven practical experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA technologies.
• Proven experience leading or participating in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders and senior management.
