Senior Product Manager- Project X

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a core product area within Elementor. You’ll translate company strategy into a clear roadmap, manage prioritization, and lead cross-functional execution. The role focuses on delivering high-impact features, ensuring smooth releases, and creating measurable value for web creators and the business.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Roadmap

• Translate company and product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data insights, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure timely delivery of features that create measurable value for users and the business.
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align engineering, design, marketing, and CS to deliver high-quality releases at scale.
• Partner with GTM to ensure successful adoption, from launch strategy to creator education.
  
  

Customer & Market Insight

• Conduct research and data analysis to identify unmet needs of web creators.
• Translate insights into innovative product experiences.
  
  

Metrics & Growth

• Own product KPIs (adoption, retention, ARR contribution) and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
• Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making.
  
  

Quality & Excellence

Maintain high product quality through QA practices, retrospectives, and user feedback loops.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SaaS product management, leading a full product lifecycle from strategy to launch.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; fluent with data tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communicator who bridges technical and business contexts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.
• Experience working with AI/LLM products: from ideation through integration with engineering/data science teams- Must

• Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem and web creator workflows.
• Experience with AI, automation, or headless commerce solutions.
• Background in building for the creator economy.
• Proven track record in web creation, digital commerce, or AI-powered products.
