As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating, enhancing, and optimizing a seamless customer journey from a user’s first visit through to a successful subscription. You’ll improve user experience, drive growth, and maximize conversion rates across our funnels. Focusing on registration, subscription, pricing and payments flows, you’ll work on our most critical business journeys, with significant opportunities to impact revenue across our products in a large-scale, fast-paced innovative environment.
As a Growth Product Manager you'll :
- Define, manage, and lead your product from ideation through to delivery whilst aligned with the overall product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product analysts and data scientists to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals/metrics
- Create wireframes and UX flows for complex features, that will solidify the product strategy into new features and products.
- Work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.
- Conduct competitor and gap analysis, execute A/B tests, user calls & usability tests to validate your assumptions.
- Analyze feature performance and user behavior on a day-to-day basis.
- Own and prioritize a long term product roadmap for your area based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support.
- Be a team player within the development team to provide support, answer questions and guide them on the overall product vision.
- Act as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Through the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments.
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successfully launching products that create significant business impact.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX – at the end of the day, it all comes down to a good old-fashioned user experience.
- Experience working with agile development teams building world class consumer products.
- Proven experience collaborating with product marketing teams to design and deliver highly optimized growth journeys that drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- You have good verbal communication skills, a high standard of written, visual, and you can communicate clearly through all means.
- You are highly organized in terms of planning and prioritization of workload and effective time management skills.
- Highly analytical – you will often find yourself acting as your own analyst, as part of your full ownership of the product (although we do have product analysts on the team).
- Technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects.
- Proven experience in billing/payments products
- Proven experience in the SaaS industry
