Project Management Officer

A leading defense company in the Sfela region is seeking a PMO to join our Project Management team and play a key role in driving complex, multidisciplinary projects forward.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will coordinate between multiple internal and external interfaces. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, and progress reporting while supporting problem-solving activities, risk management, and cross-functional task execution.

You will prepare presentations and reports in alignment with the Project Manager, monitor production progress, support process integration, and drive change implementation.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, SAP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
