COMBLACK is recruiting a Senior Support Engineer !
This is an opportunity to join a leading team, support and maintain a critical system in both production and development environments, and work with both legacy and cutting-edge technologies.
The role requires a unique combination of infrastructure, development, and support for mission-critical systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams. This is a hands-on position with significant professional responsibility and multiple interfaces.
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience supporting/developing complex operational systems
- Linux Shell Scripting – mandatory
- Java + Oracle + SQL – mandatory (maintaining existing code, not development from scratch)
- Strong experience with databases
- Background in insurance/financial/enterprise organizations – mandatory
- Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Advantage: Experience with ADABAS/NATURAL, knowledge of C, academic degree
