• 6+ years of experience developing complex automation infrastructures in Python

• 2+ years of experience leading a technical team

• Experience in architecture design — not just writing tests

• Strong proficiency with pytest: complex fixtures, parallel execution, abstraction layers

• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns (Factory, Strategy, Adapter, Dependency Injection, etc.)

• Advanced experience with Jenkins and CI/CD in large-scale environments

• Experience with hardware/simulators/embedded systems

• Proven ability to lead a technical team

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the defense industry

• Knowledge of communication protocols

• Background in real-time systems
