Senior Technology Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology & Operations Project Manager to lead a large-scale, mission-critical project that integrates multiple technologies and extensive operational processes.

This flagship project involves the development and management of a core system and a full IT ecosystem for a major enterprise client, including information systems, software, hardware, and cybersecurity components.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery management, including operational oversight and maintenance of a complex information system
• Managing development and IT teams
• Daily collaboration with the client on requirements, development processes, and change management
• Matrix management of resources, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Ensuring seamless multi-interface integration across the client’s systems
• Managing project budget, timelines, scope, and tracking performance against target

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing technological and operational projects
• 3 years of experience leading and managing teams
• Solid expertise in one or more of the following: information systems, software development, IT infrastructure & hardware, cybersecurity
• Proven ability to work under pressure and navigate complex challenges
• Strong initiative and ability to lead processes in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience managing projects from the vendor side and strong client-facing skills - advantage
• Experience in matrix project management - advantage
• Operational experience managing teams, subcontractors, procurement, and inventory - advantage
