COMBLACK is recruiting a Core Systems Team Manager !
A key role in leading critical core systems within an organization of national significance.
The role includes:
- Leading a team of developers and system engineers in a Micro Focus COBOL environment
- Developing and maintaining core systems
- Working closely with project, product, and infrastructure teams
- Managing batch jobs in Control-M
- Version control using Git/GitLab
- Troubleshooting complex issues in real-time
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing development or system engineering teams
- Experience with core/legacy/mission-critical systems
- Experience with Micro Focus COBOL – significant advantage
- Experience with Control-M
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab
- Experience in a Windows environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and high availability, including weekends and emergency support
