Delivery Manager Job – Digital Systems

Job Description:

Lead a delivery team of Fullstack developers, testers and systems analysts, with full responsibility for the development, testing and maintenance of end-to-end digital business systems. The team leader serves as a technology leader and professional mentor, emphasizing excellence, innovation, continuous improvement and business value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Professional management and leadership of a multidisciplinary delivery team
· Overall responsibility for digital systems with thousands of customers, transactions and core interfaces.
· Leading advanced development processes to improve Time-to-Market and product quality.
· Hands-On (approx. 30%) – performing Code Review, Debugging and implementing high standards in the code.
· Implementing innovative development methodologies, including Unit Testing, failure monitoring and long-term solutions.
· Working with advanced technologies: NodeJS, Angular 17, MongoDB, Redis.
· Building agile work routines, effective collaborations and quality delivery processes.

Professional requirements:
· At least 6 years of experience in developing complex digital systems using the above technologies.
· Proven experience in managing Fullstack development teams in dynamic environments (3+ years).
· Mastery of Server testing and investigation tools (Postman, SoapUI), working with Git and Docker Desktop.
· Experience working with OpenShift and developing CI/CD processes.
· High self-learning ability and ongoing updating of new technologies and their implementation in the organization.
