The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic Partnerships Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This role covers the full solution engineering lifecycle - from pre-sales design and co-creating complex partner solutions to hands-on technical implementation and project leadership. You'll be central to that mission - owning critical engagements and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to precision, professionalism, and real business impact.

What You'll Do:
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
- Partner with our VP of Partnerships to understand technical requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops that showcase how Justt solves real partner challenges
- Design and present tailored solutions that address specific partner objectives and use cases
Implementation & Onboarding
- Own the technical implementation of Justt's platform for new partners and enterprise clients
- Ensure smooth integrations with existing systems and infrastructure
- Deliver training and ongoing support to help partners maximize the value of our solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during onboarding and beyond
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver exceptional partner experiences
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, and enablement materials
- Develop scopes of work and manage their execution from kickoff to completion
Requirements :
- Proven experience - 5+ years in B2B enterprise solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical implementation, with a track record of driving successful client outcomes
- Technical expertise - Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution
- Integration capabilities - Hands-on experience with APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
- Industry knowledge - Domain expertise in Fintech, Payments, or Fraud prevention
- Language proficiency - Native English speaker; additional languages are an advantage
- Strategic problem-solving - Ability to analyze complex client challenges and develop effective, scalable solutions
- Communication - Skilled at presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative mindset - Strong team player who values transparency, direct communication, and building trusted client relationships
