The company has the capabilities of performing development experiments, proof and approval alongside advanced production lines.

The role involves working closely with a team to drive development processes and ensure successful transitions from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in development processes
• Conducting calculations and simulations
• Managing the transfer from development to production
• Performing verification and validation experiments

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer from a recognized academic institution
• Over 5 years of experience in design, production and development experiments

Required Skills

• Systemic vision
• Leadership and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of thermodynamics and lubrication - a significant advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in transferring from development to serial production - an advantage
• Understanding of electric motors - an advantage
