About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Director of Finance to lead financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, and cash operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this key leadership role will partner closely with the executive team to support global scale, enhance financial infrastructure, and drive operational excellence across our integrated SaaS–hardware system

🔹 Key Responsibilities

*Lead annual and quarterly consolidated financial reporting.

*Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with IFRS.

*Manage annual audits, global tax reporting (subsidiaries in ths US and France), and risk management processes.

*Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial workflows.

*Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

*Enhance automation, analytics, and overall financial process efficiency.

*Lead cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting

*Oversee credit, collections, and initiatives improving cash conversion.

🔹 Requirements

*CPA with 8+ years in accounting, controlling, or financial management.

*Experience as a finance team memeber in a global company - required.

*Big 5 experience – required.

*Strong expertise in financial reporting (IFRS).

*Experience working in SaaS + Hardware inventory environments.

*Experience with Priority ERP – a strong advantage.

*Excellent English communication skills.

*Strong analytical mindset, business orientation, and attention to detail.

*High level of ownership, work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
