Business Demand Planner

VPG is looking for a Business Demand Planner

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create a unified and aligned demand outlook.
• Lead the S&OP process, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights.
• Analyze market trends, historical performance, and customer data to generate business insights.
• Identify gaps between forecasts and actuals and recommend corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure product availability and support growth targets.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field – required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or Sales Operations in a global organization – required.
• Proven experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams with strong understanding of commercial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
