The Tel Aviv site focuses on AI/ML to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions for the whole enterprise that promote fast and optimal business decisions, while connecting the entire company’s data. Our site consists of a superb group of data scientists, data engineers, software developers, product, and designers working to collectively transform real estate.

Our recently refurbished offices are in Tel-Aviv and we employ a hybrid work from home model.

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong engineering skills to join our Enterprise Data Strategy Team.

Some examples include agentic workflows, LLMs for extracting insights from textual data, RAGs, marketing recommender systems, time-series models, entity resolution clustering, and much more.

• Lead end-to-end AI and software engineering projects including system architecture, model optimization, and performance tuning
• Implement and maintain robust data and ml pipelines, ensuring reliable model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in cloud environments
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product to scope new projects and create proof of concepts
• Explore new technologies and tools to incorporate in our constantly evolving tech stack
  
  

• 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/Data/SW engineering roles with proven track record of deploying production systems
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with MLOps tools, model lifecycle management, production deployment, and data workflows (Argo, Databricks, EKS)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures – Advantage
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) – Advantage
• BSc degree in computer science, mathematics, or other STEM fields – Advantage
• Good communication skills in English with ability to present technical concepts – Advantage
• Active contribution to AI/ML/Data/SW community through open source or speaking engagements – Advantage
