Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The CTO will oversee the company’s technical direction, lead the development of innovative products, and ensure successful execution of IT strategies. The role involves managing software development teams, establishing technological standards, and collaborating with other departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Strong experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Proficiency in system Architecture and designing scalable solutions
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to align technical and business strategies effectively
- Experience working in a startup or agile environment is a plus
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
