Inhouse NetSuite Consultant (Finance)

We’re collaborating with a dynamic international organization seeking a NetSuite Consultant or Administrator to support and optimize their finance system. The company has implemented NetSuite as its core financial system and is looking for an experienced NetSuite expert to enhance functionality, as well as lead the rollout and integration of NetSuite into newly acquired entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform to ensure system reliability
• Deliver NetSuite administration, user support (1st and 2nd level), and end‑user training
• Support NetSuite improvement projects, including new implementations, module configurations, customizations, data quality enhancement, and process automation
• Manage the rollout of NetSuite to newly acquired subsidiaries, ensuring smooth onboarding, data migration, and alignment with group standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify system/process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite‑related issues, escalating when needed
• Conduct ERP testing and manage end‑user onboarding and training sessions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP support role
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and general operations
• Background in supporting NetSuite end users and providing system training
• Experience in ERP rollouts, particularly implementing NetSuite across multiple entities or international subsidiaries
• Ideally, experience with NetSuite projects, such as module rollouts or system improvement initiatives
