Responsibilities
- Transfer products from development to production
- Work with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams
- Manage subcontractors for electronic assemblies
- Support NPI processes and production technologies
- Maintain engineering documentation and configuration control
- Analyze electronic and mechanical failures during NPI
Requirements
- BSc or Practical Engineer in Electronics – mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Experience working with subcontractors – mandatory
- Good English skills – mandatory
- Familiar with ECO/MCO and ERP systems (Priority – advantage)
