Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Specialist to design and implement next-generation coding assistants and intelligent developer tools.

You will architect agentic AI systems that combine large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks, implement prototypes and adopt them to production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end LLM-based agent systems and retrieval pipelines. Develop and optimize RAG frameworks for internal documentation and C/C++ codebases.

Implement tool-calling and orchestration for intelligent, multi-step reasoning.

Lead fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.

Build prototypes and roadmap their transition to full-scale production.

Collaborate with software, compiler, and SDK teams to ensure scalability and performance.

Explore emerging AI technologies to enhance Ceva’s developer tools.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in agentic AI or LLM-based assistant development.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience with fine-tuning or training code-focused models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Solid foundation in C/C++ toolchains, compiler extensions, and performance optimization.
