We are a newly launched, well-capitalised B2C crypto gambling venture, backed by leading investors and built by proven iGaming professionals. Our mission is to create the next-generation crypto-native consumer brand, delivering a seamless, secure, and engaging player experience.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own and optimise the player lifecycle across acquisition, retention, and reactivation. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will design and execute CRM campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth in a fast-paced crypto iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Strategy: Define and implement the CRM roadmap, aligning with business objectives and player segmentation strategies.
• Lifecycle Management: Build and optimise automated journeys for onboarding, retention, VIP, and reactivation campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) with clear KPIs.
• Segmentation & Personalisation: Use behavioural data to deliver personalised offers and experiences using smart triggering
• Bonus & Promotions: Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align CRM campaigns with bonuses, seasonal promos, and player incentives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse player behaviour, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and LTV.
• Compliance & Responsible Gaming: Ensure all CRM activities adhere to regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tech, Risk/Fraud, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution and player satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in CRM management within iGaming/Crypto Casino (casino/sportsbook)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Optimove, Salesforce, FastTrack, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign optimisation.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance promotional spend with ROI and player value.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
