dig is a fast-growing Social Video Intelligence startup backed by top investors, giving brands the power to finally see and control what’s happening to them on social video.
We are looking for talented product designer
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design cycles for core DIG features from research and exploration, through UX flows and UI design, to delivery and iteration.
- Turn complex, multimodal data (video, images, text, signals) into clear, intuitive user experiences across web and mobile.
- Work closely with product, engineering, data, AI/ML, and GTM teams to design both internal and customer-facing features.
- Use your strong product thinking to analyze usage patterns, user behavior, and content formats across social networks to uncover opportunities for better workflows, clarity, and engagement.
- Translate customer insights, market understanding, and product strategy into wireframes, flows, prototypes, design specs, and polished UI.
- Lead UX thinking for complex systems dashboards, editors, multi-step workflows, PLG funnels, self-serve onboarding, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Contribute to our design system and push for high-quality implementation alongside engineering.
- Partner with product on rapid experimentation, validation, and iterative improvements.
- Communicate clearly, collaborate tightly, and help keep everyone aligned around the experience we’re building.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a product designer in a SaaS, B2B, consumer-facing, or data-rich product environment.
- Strong UX and UI skills you can move from problem framing to polished design with clarity and speed.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile, with a portfolio that demonstrates breadth and depth.
- Hands-on experience with complex systems analytics tools, dashboards, editors, filters, or multi-layered workflows.
- Background in B2B, with bonus points for B2C experience as well.
- Experience designing PLG experiences such as onboarding flows, activation paths, or self-serve funnels is a big plus.
- Deep understanding of social networks how people behave on them, how content is consumed, which formats matter, what creators do, and how culture moves. (Or: you’re simply someone who genuinely loves using social platforms and follows trends closely.)
- Strong product intuition you know how to simplify complexity, structure decisions, and balance user value with business needs.
- Technical fluency you’re comfortable working with engineers, understanding constraints, and speaking the language of feasibility.
