A premier healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional medical services to our community. We are seeking a passionate and experienced fundraising professional to join our team and help support our mission of providing outstanding patient care and innovation in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the medical facility’s financial goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
Identify and engage potential donors through events, networking, and personalized outreach.
Travel internationally 4-5 times per year to attend meetings, donor events, and conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communication plans for fundraising efforts.
Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of fundraising principles, donor engagement strategies, and event coordination.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel 4-5 times per year.
