Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of Salesforce Implementers, define objectives, manage tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• End-to-End Project Management: Full lifecycle management of Salesforce projects (across various Clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience) – from requirements gathering and detailed specifications writing to implementation and support.
• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with internal and external clients, as well as development teams.
• Quality & Optimization: Oversee execution quality, solve complex issues, and continuously improve processes in a dynamic technological environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Approximately 4+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform (Implementation, Administration).
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end technological projects, preferably Salesforce projects.
• Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, and meet goals.
• Strong analytical skills, experience in writing specifications, and solid business-technological understanding.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces.
