About the Company
Responsibility for improving production yields and quality. Responsibility for providing full engineering support in production processes, and providing engineering solutions to problems arising from the field.
About the Role
Main areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing engineering support on the production line and troubleshooting
- Analysis of failure studies and identification of root problems
- Providing solutions to quality problems in production processes
- Training employees on production lines
- Supporting NPI processes
- Planning production support facilities
- Engineering documentation in the PLM system
- Working on interfaces with the development, production and quality departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Experience with manufacturing processes in machining and mechanical assemblies
- Teamwork and interpersonal communication
- Professional English
Preferred Skills
- Background in the defense industry / working with quality standards
