About the Role

Main areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing engineering support on the production line and troubleshooting
• Analysis of failure studies and identification of root problems
• Providing solutions to quality problems in production processes
• Training employees on production lines
• Supporting NPI processes
• Planning production support facilities
• Engineering documentation in the PLM system
• Working on interfaces with the development, production and quality departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
• Experience with manufacturing processes in machining and mechanical assemblies
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication
• Professional English

Preferred Skills

• Background in the defense industry / working with quality standards
