What You’ll Be Doing

• :Lead the strategic product vision and define long-term roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities
• .Drive the success of multiple platform domains, ensuring consistent value delivery and differentiation in a highly competitive cybersecurity landscape
• .Translate complex customer challenges, industry shifts, and threat intelligence developments into product strategies that deliver measurable impact
• .Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Threat Research, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to ensure priorities are executed and scaled effectively
• .Represent the product strategy externally: engage with key customers, analysts, and industry leaders to validate direction and strengthen market positioning
• .Oversee go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring product launches are impactful and aligned with KELA’s growth objectives
• .Continuously evaluate product performance through data, feedback, and competitive intelligence, adjusting strategies to maximize adoption and customer outcomes
• .Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights that shape corporate strategy and investment decisions

Qualifications - Mu

• st:5+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2G SaaS environments, ideally in cybersecurity or threat intelligen
• ce.Proven track record of shaping and executing long-term product strategies and roadmaps in high-growth or global compani
• es.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align product direction to company goals, market trends, and customer nee
• ds.Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the executive lev
• el.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging enterprise customers, partners, and industry analys
• ts.Deep analytical skills with proven ability to derive insights from product usage data, market research, and threat intelligence developmen
• ts.Full professional proficiency in English (Hebrew is an advantage), with experience presenting roadmaps and strategic updates to senior leadership, boards, or investo
