🚀 System Engineering Team Leader - Defense Industry 🚀

A leading defense company is looking for a talented System Engineer Team Lead to manage a team of 5 system engineers and lead complex multi-disciplinary defense projects.

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 system engineers

• Define system architecture, requirements and high-level design

• Work closely with software, hardware, algorithms, integration and V&V teams

• Drive end-to-end system engineering processes in advanced C4I / EW domains

• Collaborate with defense customers, Air Force stakeholders and project managers

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics or Exact Sciences - Must

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Engineer in the defense industry - Must

• 1+ year of experience managing or leading engineers - Must

• Experience with complex multi-disciplinary systems

• Strong English

Strong Advantage:

• Experience in C4I / Electronic Warfare systems

• Background in Air Force technological units

• Experience with large-scale operational defense systems
