Software Development Tech Lead

We are looking for a development team leader who will be responsible for professional and hands-on leadership at the Tech Lead level while working closely with the development teams, infrastructure and customers of the organization.

The role combines deep technological responsibility, integration ability in complex cloud systems and a broad systemic vision, with an emphasis on the GCP environment

What will your day look like:

Technological leadership:

* Leading a team of developers: guidance, professional support, performing code reviews and improving work methodologies.

* Promoting technological excellence in the team and maintaining the quality of development from end to end.

* Translating requirements and architectural solutions into clear work plans and development tasks.

* Hands-on development as an integral part of the team, including planning and building complex solutions.

* Working in a GCP environment, including integration with cloud services APIs, Data Pipelines

* High ability in building integration processes between systems (APIs, JSON), deep understanding of cloud architectures and infrastructures.

DevOps and Architecture:

* Working in a full DevOps environment, using tools and services built into GCP

* Responsibility for HLD definitions, technological planning, architecture documents and solution documentation.

* Active participation in designing end-to-end solutions: technical characterization, development, testing, integration and deployment.

Business and pre-sale cooperation:

* Participation in defining solutions for tenders, writing price quotes and accompanying pre-sales meetings.

* Combining business understanding and systemic thinking with high engineering ability, in order to create real value for customers.

Job Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree (at least) in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics or a relevant field.

*At least 3-4 years of experience in software development.

*Full command of Python and significant experience working with Google Cloud Platform and / or AWS

*Experience in DevOps environments and development in a cloud context.

*Experience in Terraform

*Proven technological leadership ability, systems thinking, business understanding and high communication ability with customers and teams.
