About Nayax Loyalty Products

This role focuses on Nayax’s Loyalty products, including the Monyx Wallet, digital punch cards, and personalized loyalty programs. Customers can make payments, track purchase history, earn rewards, and receive tailored promotions. Operators can customize the experience, integrate loyalty management into the Nayax Management Suite, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning, UX/UI, requirement definition, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales) to deliver innovative loyalty and engagement solutions.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to define and prioritize product features.
• Work closely with clients and partners to ensure the product meets their evolving needs.
• Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and success metrics.
• Manage and communicate product updates, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SAAS & Marketing products - must
• Experience in Loyalty Solutions with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets - must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical orientation with the ability to work closely with R&D and UX/UI teams.
