Job Description:

Design professional training programs for multidisciplinary teams
Support department managers in developing tailored training initiatives
Create engaging digital learning materials
Manage the LMS and implement innovative technological tools
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development
Experience in content creation and e-learning development
Familiarity with the field of disabilities – an advantage
Strong project management and process leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with digital tools and advanced learning systems
