1. Job Description Managing the maintenance system in the factory in a way that ensures continuous, safe and efficient availability of production machines, infrastructures and buildings. Maintaining operational continuity, preventing failures and creating a proper work environment that supports the organization's goals.

2. Summary of the definition of the occupation and main areas of responsibility

• Overall management of the maintenance of production machines, buildings and infrastructures in the factory.

• Responsibility for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and repair of failures.

• Management of the maintenance budget and procurement of spare parts.

• Supervision of the work of subcontractors in the field of maintenance and infrastructure.

• Implementation of safety procedures and compliance with standards.

• Continuous improvement of the availability of machines and processes.

• Management of a team of employees

3. Areas of authority

• Setting priorities for performing maintenance tasks.

• Approval and execution of the procurement of equipment, spare parts and subcontractor services in the field of maintenance within the budget.

• Providing professional guidance to the maintenance team and production workers on maintenance aspects.

4. Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing maintenance in a manufacturing plant.

• Education: Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer / Certified Electrician

• High technical control in the fields of machinery, electricity and infrastructure.

• Experience in managing a small team

• Experience in managing and working with external suppliers and contractors.

• Knowledge of programmable controllers – an advantage

• Good service and interpersonal skills
