We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiting Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month temporary position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting experience who wants to gain deeper exposure to tech hiring processes in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will partner closely with our Recruiting Lead to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience, supporting hiring activities end-to-end - from CV screening to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screening calls.

• Temp and part time position - willingness to work 3 - 4 days per week for 6 months on-site at our Tel Aviv office.
  
  

• Collaborate with the Recruiting Lead to support full-cycle hiring needs across multiple roles.
• Conduct CV screening to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews when needed.
• Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
• Support various recruiting projects and administrative tasks as required.
  
  

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, either in the tech industry or at a recruitment agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, people-oriented, and committed to supporting a great candidate experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
