Configuration Management Lead – Advanced Technology Projects

A big defense company in the Shfela region is looking for an experienced Configuration Manager to take ownership of version control, change management, and engineering documentation across complex, multidisciplinary technology projects.

What you’ll do:

• Lead configuration and version management processes, including Change Control, across development, integration, and production teams.
• Develop methodologies, procedures, and tools to support full product lifecycle management.
• Work hands-on with configuration and version control systems (Git, ClearCase, TSVC or similar).
• Initiate process improvements and implement engineering standards.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and guide cross-functional technical teams.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering or similar – required.
• 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management within a complex engineering environment – required.
• Strong knowledge of version control tools such as Git, ClearCase, TSVC – required.
• Proven experience in Change Control, version management, and document control – required.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and system-level thinking skills.
• High proficiency in technical English.
• Experience in the defense industry or large-scale technological projects – advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and automation tools – advantage.
