About The Position
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to drive internal AI adoption across RADCOM’s global teams. This role will spearhead the integration of AI and GenAI tools into our development, product, support, and corporate workflows — transforming how we work, collaborate, and innovate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI, ML, GenAI, or Data Science, with hands-on implementation in business environments.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into internal processes, boosting efficiency and decision-making.
- Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions tailored to team needs across R&D, Product, Support, and Operations.
- Lead pilots and scale successful AI tools across departments.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure adoption and impact.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and benchmark against leading tech companies.
