A next-generation international energy company is forming its founding leadership team — uniting trading, infrastructure, and strategic development across the Middle East, Israel, and Europe.
The company’s vision is to integrate global trading operations (crude oil, refined products, LNG) with major storage and LNG terminal projects, creating a unified platform that connects energy supply, logistics, and market access.

This is a rare opportunity to become a founding Vice President – Government Relations, responsible for building the company’s regulatory, policy, and institutional foundations from the ground up.

Your Mission

You will lead the company’s government affairs and public policy strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with ministries, regulators, and international institutions — and positioning the company as a trusted partner for strategic national projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute a multi-region government relations strategy across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, ministries, regulators, and energy authorities.
• Secure regulatory and policy approvals for large-scale projects in LNG, refined products, and storage infrastructure.
• Represent the company in national and regional energy forums and high-level policy discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CCO, and Board to align government and commercial strategy.
• Advise leadership on geopolitical and regulatory trends, mitigating risk and enabling growth.
• Contribute to investor presentations and funding processes, communicating the company’s regulatory and strategic positioning to key stakeholders.

Who You Are
• A senior executive with proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or energy policy within international energy or trading companies.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and energy governance across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Strong network among ministries, regulatory bodies, and diplomatic institutions.
• Track record in securing licenses, concessions, or regulatory support for major infrastructure or trading initiatives.
• Strategic and diplomatic communicator, comfortable influencing decisions at the highest levels of government.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to help shape a new company from inception.
