Data Engineer

A company specializing in the development of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions, unifying employee experience with IT operations into a single platform for managing the modern workplace.

The role is within the company’s growing SaaS platform infrastructure team.

The offices are located in central Israel, near a train station, with a hybrid work model including two days from home.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building advanced data infrastructures and processing pipelines
• Expanding data systems and processing workflows to support platform growth and upgrades
• Managing the full lifecycle of backend services, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling
• Ensuring data quality, reliability, and compliance across all systems
• Collaborating closely with Backend, AI, and Data teams to develop stable, production-ready systems
• Developing systems that support an AI-first strategy and enable intelligent workplace automation

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in development using Node.js, Java, and Python
• Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale cloud-based solutions
• Experience monitoring production environments, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in production systems
• Experience with AI tools and technologies – a plus
• Experience with Postgres and Redis databases – a plus
• Experience developing Full-Stack applications with React – a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
