PAMA is seeking a Sales Manager for our growing mortgage division.
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to achieve goals, including coaching, motivating, and supporting deal executions
Manage and guide a team of sales representatives, including field agents and call center staff
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
Ensure achievement of both quantitative and qualitative goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage advisors
Participate in professional and marketing events
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales – mandatory
Proven knowledge and experience in the mortgage field – mandatory
Established network of contacts with mortgage advisors – mandatory
Managerial experience – strong advantage
High service orientation, leadership ability, creativity, and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
