Head of Cyber Security

The role involves leading the development and execution of the global cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, collaborating with various business units to strengthen the organization’s security posture, managing and monitoring policies, procedures, and guidelines in the cybersecurity domain, and working with recognized industry frameworks and standards.

The office is located near a train station, with a hybrid work model including one day from home.

Requirements-

• Proven experience working directly with business units in risk assessment and risk management
• Experience managing incident investigations with SOC and Threat Hunting teams
• Experience implementing and maintaining security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001)
• Collaboration with development teams to define secure development processes
• Experience leading penetration tests and security audits, including remediation of findings
• Deep knowledge of attack methods, tools, and emerging threats
• Hands-on experience with SIEM systems, DLP solutions, CDR Sandbox technologies, network security technologies, and security solutions such as WAF, VMDR, IPS, NGAV, NAC, and micro-segmentation
• High-level English proficiency
