Role summary

We’re seeking a pragmatic, hands-on Senior Finance Manager.

You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving financial excellence and assuming full responsibility for Dots’ financial health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across all financial processes, from forecasting and reporting to budgeting, cash flow, and audits.

This is a high-impact startup role for an advisor, analytics professional, or technically inclined accountant who wants to build systems, not just operate them.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities - including cash flow, forecasting, and banking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Improve and automate finance systems, payments, and reporting.
• Work closely with other teams to connect finance with daily operations and growth plans.
• Identify and implement scalable cash & treasury solutions to support growth (e.g., cash pooling, receivables financing, credit lines, payment partners).
• Lead and grow a lean, effective finance team.

Who we’re looking for (requirements)

• 2-3 years relevant finance experience (accounting, advisory, analytics, or treasury), ideally with exposure to a global environment.
• Degree in Accounting / Finance, Hands-on experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills, proven experience building cash forecasts and translating analysis into clear management packs.
• Practical familiarity with finance automations and integrations (bank feeds, payment providers, APIs).
• Proactive problem-solver, action-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Excellent English communication; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and investors.
• Strong ERP systems expertise and understanding (Priority a plus).

Nice-to-haves

• Familiar with accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and US tax regulations.
• Background in Big 4, corporate finance, or treasury.
• Experience with VAT/GST and multi-jurisdiction reporting.
• Basic SQL / BI / data-tooling experience for reporting automation.
• Certified Public Accountant ( CPA )
• Practical familiarity with finance automations and integrations (bank feeds, payment providers, APIs)
• Experience in managing investor relations and developing financing strategies to support business growth.
