Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a Hands-On Technical Semi Co-Founder to join an advanced-stage fintech startup.

The product is fully specified, structurally defined, and ready for development, with paying customers already waiting for launch and partnerships with major organizations, including municipal and government entities.

This role is for someone who enjoys building systems end-to-end, taking ownership, and translating a mature product specification into a production-ready platform.

You will lead the full technological build of the company from the ground up:

• Establishing the technical foundation and development environment

• Hands-on development of core product components

• Designing and implementing the system architecture

• Leading the Private Ledger / Blockchain layer

• Working closely with product leadership and real customers

• Driving the product toward production and first deployments

• Strong experience in software development (Backend/Fullstack)

• Ability to build systems end-to-end based on a clear product specification

• Practical understanding of distributed systems and Private Ledger architectures

• Advantage: previous founding experience — including ventures that failed

• Ability to operate in dynamic environments and make independent decisions

• Experience integrating AI-driven processes — strong advantage

• Mindset of an owner, not an employee
