Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Repriced.ai is an AI-driven travel technology startup that automatically detects and rebooks hotel and flight reservations at lower prices. Our platform integrates with global suppliers and email systems to identify savings opportunities for users in real time.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our core product and R&D team. You’ll be the guardian of product quality, testing new features before they go live, creating detailed test cases and use-case scenarios, and ensuring that every update we release is seamless, stable, and user-ready.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, create, and execute manual test cases for new product features before production releases.

Perform end-to-end, functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web applications and APIs.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to define test coverage and ensure reliable releases.

Write detailed test plans and test cases for complex use scenarios such as booking imports, rate comparisons, rebooking workflows, Gmail parsing, and payments.

Identify, document, and follow up on bugs using Jira and Notion; verify fixes and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.

Support investigation of production issues and reproduce edge cases to help the dev team resolve them quickly.

Help improve QA processes, coverage, and documentation to ensure scalability and reliability as we grow.

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably web-based platforms.

Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger) and understanding of API flows.

Strong grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and the bug lifecycle.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Notion, or TestRail.

Detail-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving features and priorities.

Advantage: experience in travel, fintech, or marketplace platforms; familiarity with SQL or automation tools such as Postman collections or Playwright.
