We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Haifa. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Daily tasks include leading BIM coordination, integrating virtual design elements, and collaborating across disciplines such as architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to drive successful project implementation.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Experience in Virtual Design and integration of architectural concepts
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage cross-functional coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Relevant certifications or a degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms
