Key Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and design architecture for advanced electro-optical systems
• Plan and lead system integration processes
• Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team, including software, algorithms, hardware, and physics engineers

Requirements

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electro-Optical or Electrical Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of proven experience in system engineering for complex projects – required
• Experience in system engineering for EO (Electro-Optical) projects – strong advantage
• Strong understanding of system integration and testing processes
• System-level thinking, analytical skills, and process leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
