Revenue Controller

An exciting opportunity to join a successful AI-driven SaaS company experiencing rapid global growth!

We’re looking for a Revenue Controller to work closely with the VP Finance, in a hands-on and strategic role that includes building, leading, and managing end-to-end financial processes.

Hybrid position – 2 days working from home

What You’ll Do:

• Manage revenue recognition processes and oversee the entire revenue cycle.
• Lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process end to end.
• Supervise the Accounts Receivable and Collections team.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Drive automation and optimization of systems and workflows.
• Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team.

Requirements:

CPA, Big 4 background – must.

Experience in a revenue role within a SaaS company – required.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.

Experience with NetSuite – significant advantage.

High proficiency in Excel and English.

Hands-on approach with the ability to manage broad, cross-functional processes.

Independent, proactive, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
